Tons Of Souls…..

My fears rest upon my shoulders like a ton of souls

the more I delve the harder it becomes only more unfolds

I rest my head to live in dream created by my sleep

Only To wake and find their moments that I can longer keep

If my lifes cycle is just one massive circle

Then why when I re-visit these lessons are they still just as hurtful

Patience is a weakness and so are the very answers

Because knowing them makes you give up on those tiny little chances

your in search for certainty but even knowing its never a cure

When you do grab a hold of it you’ll only ever seem to want more

Live your life in vain simply for the laughter & happiness

Because Before you know it you’ll look back on life and ask “What happened to it?”

My Mind

I feel like I’m a captured person that needs to be discovered

And my minds paying the consequences because

 It’s the one that’s mentally suffered

 Stuck in an asylum for itself

Never really knowing whether

In fact it’s happy or actually in need of help

 Still I’ll nourish it with lititure and thoughts 

In the hope that one day

It will understand the memoirs that still haunt  

But why ?

Regrets from within always run deeper

Than any river that I’ve ever seen

And yet the climbs are always steeper

Than any mountains that I’ve ever been

but all I can do is be prepared for what’s to come

Because I know more than anything

My Life and my mind are the ones leading me on
